Maharshi Vyasa writes, one must consume in proper quantity, food that is wholesome, healthy, mixed with ghee and hot! Amidst the indigenous cows, Pathyam restaurant offers healthy and nutritious food. The vegetables used for creating the wholesome recipes are from organic farm in same campus. This farm boasts of cow dung as manure and urine as a pesticide. Nutritious values present in cow’s milk, are mixed with the recipes in form of milk, curd, buttermilk and ghee, as prescribed in Ayurveda. To add a pinch of more health, water is replaced with organically produced whey. Experience the healthy food in the presence of holy cow, kitchen garden and as guided by doctors.

Cow Club
A few years back, Vrindavan formed a cow trust, where indigenous cow of the breed Tharparkar were brought from Rajasthan. The Cow Club is spread over 3 acres of land in Bhukum, about 10 kms from Chandani Chowk, Pune. To preserve our Indian Cow breed Vrindavan Tharparkar Desi Cow Club promoting and implementing the usage of IVF technology to multiply genetically superior indigenous cows at a much faster pace, in line with the Government of India’s Ratriya Gokul Mission. This will help to maintain purity of individual breeds by setting up clubs for specific breeds so as to avoid cross breeding and thus help in maintaining the quality of the breed. The process involved a highly advanced technique which requires high precision & accuracy and is similar to “test tube baby” in humans.
